 West Coast Regional Manager
Self-motivated sales professional, able to demonstrate, sell, and install equipment to the screw machine and rotary transfer markets.
Minimum of 5 years experience in the screw machine industry and/or industrial tooling and machining industries. Strong knowledge of the west coast market. Must be a self-starter that has mature judgment with a strong sense of personal responsibility and accountability. Is an effective problem solver with proven proficiency in identifying, diagnosing and prioritizing customer needs. Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation skills, and relationship management. Proven ability to partner with all levels of an organization. Makes thorough, well-researched decisions that account for, and are compatible with the overall goals and priorities established by the company.

Lathe & Mill Operators
Immediate, B & C shift, openings for full time, top quality experienced Lathe & Mill operators. Lathe Set-up and Run operators must be familiar with Mazak Mazatrol, be able to troubleshoot, streamline and improve processes on tight tolerance exacting jobs. Mill Set-up and Run operators for CNC operated milling machines. Familiarity with Cincinnati Millicron and Monarch VMC’s a plus. Ability to read blueprints and work with minimal supervision.
