Burring Spindle Aligning Gear

When machining stock other than round, it may be necessary to align the work spindles with the burring collet or with each other. This process is simplified with the use of work spindle aligning gears. These gears are locked on a taper in any desired radial position. Once the work spindles are located relative to each other, the burring spindle aligning gear can be radially adjusted to accept stock from each of the five work spindles. The burring spindle aligning gear is also locked on a taper.
